- Absolutely! Our Free plan lets you create up to 3 projects with no time limit. Pro and Team plans also include a 14-day free trial so you can explore all premium features before being charged.
- Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you downgrade, you'll keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
- What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
- Your existing projects are never deleted. If you exceed the project limit on a lower-tier plan, you won't be able to create new projects but can still view and export existing ones.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes! Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for details on Enterprise pricing.
- Is my data secure?
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, regular audits, and SOC 2 compliance. Enterprise customers can opt for on-premise deployment for full data control.
- Is real-time collaboration ready for production use?
- Collaboration is currently in beta on our Team and Enterprise tiers. Invite teammates by email and see each other's cursors, edits, and selections in real time. We're gathering feedback before rolling it out more broadly — free plans don't include collaboration yet.
